With the support of the EAAFP Secretariat, Changnyeong Upo Wetland Harmony Symposium will be held in Changnyeong County, Gyeongsangnam Province, Ro Korea from 21st to 22nd April 2022. Upo Wetland Flyway Network Site (EAAF096) is located in Changnyeong County, Ro Korea, and was designated as “Ramsar Wetland City” since 2018.
The symposium consists of sessions ‘Benefit from wetlands’, ‘Our promise, protection on migratory waterbirds and Upo Crested Ibis flying again’ and ‘Q&A and discussion’. The county will announce the “Changnyeong Upo Declaration” in the end.

창녕 우포늪 국제심포지엄(4/21-22)
EAAFP 사무국이 협력하고 창녕군이 주최주관하여 4/21-22 창녕 우포늪 국제심포지엄이 개최된다.
우포습지 철새이동경로 네트워크 서식지(EAAF096)가 있는 창녕군은 람사르 습지 도시로서 지정된지 4년이 되었다.
‘습지가 우리에게 주는 이로움’, ‘철새보호는 우리의 약속, 다시 비상하는 우포따오기’ 세션과, 토론이 진행될 예정이며, 이후 ‘창녕 우포 선언문’을 채택할 예정이다.
