WMBD 2021 puppet show “The Boy with Wings”

This year, although a lot of us still staying at home to celebrate the World Migratory Bird Day, still it can be fun.  On 9 May, the EAAFP Secretariat is bringing you a  puppet show “The Boy with Wings” for people of all ages. This show was produced by Birdlife Productions from New Zealand to tell the story of a young man’s journey unites with the miracle of Bar-tailed Godwit migration. Using puppetry, songs, storytelling, and exquisite hand-crafted sets that magically unfold out of boxes, this puppet show promises laughter, tears and thrilling adventure when a young man’s epic journey unites with the miracle of Kuaka/Bar-tailed Godwit migration. Melded with a real-time ornithological lecture, this is a comic, touching, and environmental story that dares us all to follow our dreams! Suitable for ages 5 and up.

Between them they have over 30 year’s experience communicating a greater dimension of life through storytelling and theatre.
