Just in from an unseasonably 3? warm November in Mongolia, the latest update from the Mongolia Crane Project.

The Summer/Autumn update includes details on crane monitoring and migration updates, including the tracking of ‘Mongol’, the first Siberian Crane marked in the country. There’s also a favourable report of the 2015 Mongolian Crane Festival, news of the many capacity building, information sharing and training workshops carried out and attended, plus hopes for government protection of key EAAF Flyway Network Site, Khurkh and Khuiten River Valleys.
