Malaysia became a Partner since 2012. It now has 1 Flyway Network Site, the most recent designation being 2013, May. Bako Buntal Bay provides valuable respite for migratory shorebirds, including our Key Species of the EAAFP such as Far Eastern Curlew, Nordmann’s Greenshank, Asian Dowitcher and etc.
