  • 干潟環境の見えない価値を都市計画に組み込む:持続可能な将来のために

    [Read in English] 2015年3月6日、立命館アジア太平洋大学の山下博美准教授が東アジア・オーストラリア地域フライウェイパートナーシップ事務局を訪問されました。この機会に、事務局のある韓国インチョン市松島のGタワーで公開講義を行っていただきました。 講義のタイトルは「干潟環境の見えない価値を都市計画に組み込む:持続可能な将来のために(Planning Invisible Landscapes: Making Invisible Tidal Flat Landscapes Visible for Future Sustainability)」。インチョン市役所などから、干潟、湿地、環境政策などに興味のある参加者20人が集まりました。 山下准教授は、世界中で60%近い干潟が消失したのは干潟の価値が十分に理解されていなかったことが原因と指摘し、人々からこれらの湿地が見落とされ、意識されなくなってしまった理由、再認識してもらうための日本での取り組み例について紹介しました。 講義と質疑応答に続き、インチョン市内の渡り鳥生息地のより良い保全について、参加者による意見交換が行われました。 ※講義のスライドはこちらからごらんいただけます。
