  • 《世界自然保护联盟对东南亚潮间带栖息地特别是黄海(含渤海)的状况分析》中文版发布

    2014年1月23日,北京:世界自然保护联盟(IUCN)与东亚-澳大利西亚迁飞区伙伴关系(EAAFP)共同发布了《世界自然保护联盟对东南亚潮间带栖息地特别是黄海(含渤海)的状况分析》的中文版。 该报告由IUCN 物种生存委员会和IUCN亚洲区域办公室共同编写,以评估沿着东亚-澳大利西亚迁飞路线的潮间带栖息地的状况与条件。根据报告内容,这条迁飞路线上很多潮间带状况值得关注。渔业和生态服务正在逐渐恶化,生态灾难不断增加,人的生计受到影响。观察到的水鸟种的数量每年下降5–9%,是地球上任何一个生态系统所罕见的。报告分析还表明黄海的6个关键区域从20世纪80年代起,潮间带栖息地平均丧失了35%。因此该迁飞路线仍存在明显问题,如不采取主要措施来改变此种趋势,这条迁飞路线有可能消亡,其生态服务功能不要很长时间就会被破坏。 IUCN驻华代表朱春全博士谈到:“该报告是为IUCN 会员对东亚-澳大利西亚迁飞路线区域已经出现的生物多样性下降、生态服务功能的丧失和生态灾难日益增加表达关切的一个响应。同时,该报告在大量科学信息的基础上,为东亚-澳大利西亚迁飞路线潮间带的状况提供了清晰画面,可以供相关部门和机构的决策和行动提供有力参考”。而中国环保部生态司自然保护区管理处刘玉平处长则指出:“该报告可以为中国相关政策的制定,特别是滨海地区生态红线的划定,提供有力的参考”。           来自国家林业局、环保部、住建部、水利部等政府部门,来自联合国环境规划书、联合国开发计划署等国际组织,以及湿地国际、世界自然基金会等环保NGO,来自USAID和DFID等双边援助机构,以及来自IUCN会员单位及合作伙伴的超过90名代表出席了报告的发布。   联系人:张琰 – 世界自然保护联盟中国代表处项目总监(E-mail: Yan.zhang@iucn.org) 中文版报告:世界自然保护联盟对东南亚潮间带栖息地特别是黄海(含渤海)的状况分析  英文版报告 English link: http://www.eaaflyway.net/oldsite/launch-of-the-chinese-version-of-the-iucn-situation-analysis-on-east-and-southeast-asian-intertidal-habitats-with-particular-reference-to-the-yellow-sea-including-the-bohai-sea/
