Republic of Korea has been a Partner since 2006 (MoP1). It now has 17 Flyway Network Sites, the most recent designation being 2021, May. Republic of Korea’s importance for Key Species of the EAAFP includes breeding habitat for Black-faced Spoonbill, Saunder’s Gull (only in Songdo, Incheon on the west coast) as well as staging for many other migrating waterbirds.
